After several years performing acoustic live sessions as "wandering musicians" playing bagpipes, rauschpfeifes and drums, Folkstone finally withdrew in studio to produce a collection of original and rearranged traditional songs. The album, titled “Sgangogatt” (homonym original song), was recorded and produced in collaboration with the engineer and producer Yonatan Rukhman. Contains 13 acoustic tracks, "Sgangogatt" will prevent you standing still while listening. The bagpipes dominate the scene, enriched by bombards, whistles, cittern... While the percussions create an impressive background for this jump in the sounds of past. So seek in villages, squares and old streets...
