Timesword nous vient d'Italie et propose un Metal progressif mélodique inspiré par Dream Theater, Symphony X, Queensrÿche ou encore Labyrinth... Fondé par le guitariste Dan Logoluso, le groupe compte dans ses rangs deux ex-Komaday (à la section rythmique), le claviériste Alberto Sonzogni, et le chanteur de Shining Fury et guitariste de Secret Sphere, Marco Pastorino.

Le premier album du groupe, "Chains of Sin", est sorti le 5 Mars chez 7Hard.
