Les padawans d’il y a 10 ans sont devenus des maîtres du death mélo.

03. Shylmagoghnar - Convergence (Death Black Mélo Prog)
Un voyage spatio temporel, reprenant le meilleur de nombreux styles, avec des solos monumentaux.

04. Voyager - Fearless in Love (Metal Prog)
Quand le metal progressif devient accessible. Mélange parfait entre technicité, simplicité et efficacité.

05. Psygnosis - Mercury (Prog Death Mélo Instrumental)
Une odyssée instrumentale dans les confins de l’espace, grâce à une technique impeccable et un violoncelle sublime.

06. Hanging Garden - The Garden (Dark Metal)
L'album de la confirmation, qui je l'espère fera connaître cet excellent groupe qui respire la Finlande !

07. Sermon - Of Golden Verse (Metal Prog)
Une ambiance mystique, avec un jeu de batterie phénoménal. La grosse claque, découverte in extremis en toute fin d'année.

08. Blackbraid - Blackbraid II (Viking Black Mélo)
Pas habitué de ce style, j'ai pourtant surkiffé cette offrande envoutante amérindienne. Musicalement complètement fou !

09. Riverside - ID.Entity (Metal Prog)
La valeur sûre qui propose un album très varié et solide.

10. Avatar - Dance Devil Dance (Metal Alternatif)
Tout est dans le titre de l’album. Des riffs à en faire danser le diable !

11. Twilight Force - At The Heart of Wintervale (Power Sympho)
Année compliquée pour le power metal, mais Twilight Force relève le niveau et ramène la nostalgie au premier plan !

12. Sleep Token - Take Me Back To Eden (Inclassable)
L’ovni inclassable de l’année, une expérience unique à vivre !
